Note for CCD Families
NOTICE for parents of CCD students~
The Parish office will be open to take CCD registrations and
payments during the day, (you can now pay CCD fees with
credit card or automatic deductions from your checking
account) and effective August 9th, the Religious Education
office will be open from 12:00 Noon until 8:00 pm on Mondays
and Wednesdays.
For this upcoming 2010-2011 CCD year, 1st and 2nd Grade
CCD will be meeting for classes on Monday nights from 5:45
pm to 6:45 pm along with 3, 4 & 5 grade students. This
change was necessary because of the closing of the Chester
Byrnes School. The second graders will be at Prairie View
next year, and we have no way to safely transport them to the
parish after school for CCD classes.
In order to accommodate the change in the number of
students on Monday nights, grades 6 & 7 will meet on
Wednesdays, from 6:30 pm to 8 pm, along with the 8, 9, 10
and 11th grade students.
Pre-K (4) and Kindergarten (5) will still be offered on Sunday
mornings during the 9 am Mass. We will not be offering a
three-year old CCD program this year.
