GOLF OUTING REGISTRATION
St. Peter’s Golf Outing
Saturday, September 11th,9am Shotgun, 4 Person Scramble
Join us for a day of fun at Evergreen Golf Course. This four-person scramble will create a truly spectacular golf
experience as well as the opportunity to support Catholic Education.
$80 per person includes: green fee, cart, raffle ticket, entry prizes, LUNCH, 10% Merchandise Voucher and
Tournament Prizes.
Prizes will be awarded to First Place Team, Last Place Team, Longest Drive, Putting Contest, Closet to the Pin,
Closest to the Cooler, $10,000 Hole In One, and much more.
Golfers will play a scramble format and can sign up individually or to a specific foursome. Only 144 spaces are
available. Rental Clubs are available by contacting Evergreen Golf Course.
Corporate Package: Includes 4 golfers, Golf Balls, Raffle Tickets, Hole Sponsorship Sign and entry prizes.
Cost: $400 for Corporate Package
